Welcome to the Blockhead Gaming customer service online knowledge base! This knowledge base has been compiled by our support team and contains the questions most frequently asked by our customers.

To get started, simply click one of the menu options on the left side of the site. A sub-meu will then drop down displaying a more specific topic or product. When you click on a sub menu item you will then be taken to the most frequently asked questions for that topic. From this point, simply click the question to view the answer; it's that simple!

If you find you still have questions after reading through, or your question was not covered by the database, please contact us using the "Still Need Help" option on the navigation menu.
